How it works	Blocks neurokinin-3 (NK3) and/or neurokinin-1 (NK1) receptors in the hypothalamus to interrupt the temperature-regulation pathway that triggers hot flashes and night sweats.	Vaginal lubricants are short-acting gels or liquids applied directly before sexual activity to reduce friction and discomfort.
